Vondalyn Wright, PharmD
Dr. Vondalyn Wright, affectionately known as Dr. Von, is a well respected Pharmacist and the owner of Health Matters Community Pharmacy. She completed her Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Pharmacy in 2008. With over 20 years of dedicated service, Dr. Von’s role as the Pharmacist-In-Charge has made her a vital partner in advancing healthcare within our community. As the owner of an independent Tampa Neighborhood Pharmacy, her mission is to promote and sustain community health.
Dr. Wright’s experience in Florida has provided her with firsthand insight into the specific needs and barriers faced by this community in accessing proper healthcare. Alongside her team of highly trained healthcare professionals, they are enthusiastic about servicing the diverse healthcare needs of all Health Matters patients.

Lainey Wiles, RPhT
Lainey Wiles is a Registered Pharmacy Technician with over 15 years of healthcare experience, beginning her career in assisted living and later transitioning into pharmacy in 2013. A Ruskin native, she found mentorship under Dr. Vondalyn at Sweetbay Supermarket, which helped shape her expertise in pharmacy operations. Her leadership was recognized with a lead technician role at Winn-Dixie in 2017, and she now serves at Health Matters Community Pharmacy located in The Well East Tampa. Lainey is known for her compassion, precision, and commitment to community health.

Ansonia Foster, A.S., RPhT
Ansonia Foster is a Registered Pharmacy Technician and Certified Immunization Specialist with nearly 20 years of experience in pharmacy. She plays a vital role at Health Matters Community Pharmacy, where her gentle yet confident approach to vaccine education and administration is especially valued by elderly patients. Trained under Dr. Vondalyn Wright, Ansonia is deeply committed to public health and community wellness. Her strong communication skills and attention to detail make her a trusted advocate for preventive care.

Candice Foster
Candice, a native of Franklin, Virginia, brings over 20 years of experience in retail management and customer service, including seven years in corporate banking with JP Morgan Chase. She is known for driving operational excellence, mentoring high-performing teams, and delivering tailored customer experiences. Her background in banking and retail gives her a unique edge in strategic leadership and service delivery. At The Well Community Wellness Hub and Health Matters Pharmacy, she thrives in dynamic, people-focused environments where customer satisfaction and team success are key.
